the Home Business Unit and the Consumer Business Unit
with over 3 Billion Euros in revenues. During this period
Orange became the fastest growing Brand in the Broadband Consumer market and the market share leader in the Soho and SME B2B market segments.
During these last 10 years as Marketing and Commercialisation Director
Javier has received several Marketing and Communication awards
including 2 Eficencia Publicitaria (EFI) Awards. Dirigentes Magazine also elected Javier as one of the 100 successful managers in Spain in 2008.
Since 2002 Javier has been a Board Member and Advisor to various companies
such as MobiPay or MásMovil and is currently working as the CEO of PlayGiga
a leading Cloud Gaming start up owned by leading VCs such as Caixa Capital RIsk and Adara Ventures and Bankinter. Javier is also an associate professor at the Instituto de Empresa de Madrid
Javier Polo holds a BsC Cum Laude in Aerospace Engineering (1989) and was awarded a scholarship to the academic merit for postgraduate studies at the von Karman Institute for Fluid Dynamics Research. Javier also holds an MBA from IE (1992) and a PDG by IESE (1999).

He studied Physical Sciences at the Complutense University of Madrid. Ramón Bartolomé has a wide and successful career in the fields of information technology and executive search.
At the beginning of his career, Ramón Bartolomé joined the German IT multinational Nixdorf Computer AG, for five years. First as Director of Marketing and Communication and later as Channel Director.
Subsequently, as a first experience in the executive search activity, Ramón Bartolomé joined the North American multinational Korn Ferry International as Deputy General Manager in Spain, specializing in the High Technology segment.
After two years at Korn Ferry International, Ramón Bartolomé created his own executive search firm, Master Consulting, with offices in Madrid and Barcelona where he remained as Founding Member and Managing Director for eight years.
In 1993, he joined the North American multinational Heidrik & Struggles for executive search as Senior Associate, an international company, being responsible for Iberia (Spain and Portugal) for the High Technology International Practice for nineteen years.
Currently, since 2012, Ramón is an Associate responsible for the practice of High Technology at the North American multinational Boyden International in Spain, a leading company for executive search.

private industry in the BMW Group where he has developed most of his
professional life carree.
Spain and México where the countries were he reached a wide experience in Business Management, Sales, CRM, Training and Network Development.
His carreer in BMW goes from Business Consultant to Regional Director in
Spain, National Sales Director of BMW de México, CEO of BMW Madrid, and
Sales Channel Development Director in BMW Ibérica.
In 2015, the newspaper El Economista ranked him as one of the 50 most
influential executives in Spain and one of the three in the automotive industry.
He holds an Economics degree from Universidad Autónoma de Madrid and
several postgraduate.
