Alicia is the founder and was the general director of Digitales (www.digitales.es), an employers association in the technology sector with more than 60 members that also had the objective of promoting the digital transformation of Spain.
She was named Digital Champion by the European Commission from 2012 to 2014 for transferring the European Digital Agenda to our country.
She worked in the Cabinet of the Minister of Industry, Energy and Tourism where she promoted the Digital Agenda for Spain, the Industry 4.0 program among other things
She participated in the Cellnex IPO project, she was in charge of the organization of the Board of Directors and the positioning of the new company before the regulators in Madrid and Brussels.
She worked for 8 years at Accenture on strategy and transformation projects for companies in Industry, Energy and Telecommunications. She previously worked at Total as a process engineer where she had an international career in France, USA, Belgium and China.

Javier Polo is a Senior Executive with more than 20 years of experience in Marketing Management, Operations and Strategy Consulting.
Javier began his professional career in Strategy Consulting working for Michael ́s Porter consultancy, The Monitor Company, where he was a Principal
of the Firm. During his consulting work, Javier helped Corporate clients address Commercial Strategies, Cost Reductions, Reorganisation Programmes, and
Organic and Non Organic Growth Strategies in various industries such as Consumer Goods, Telecoms and Industrial Sectors.
After 9 years of consulting work, Javier joined Amena - a €1 Billion EBITDA Spanish Mobile Telco Player- as director of Strategic Planning and of the
Venture Capital Fund. Following the acquisition of Amena by Orange, Javier was appointed Marketing and Commercialisation director of the 3 Business
Units with which Orange has operated in the Spanish Market: the Enterprise Business Unit, the Home Business Unit and the Consumer Business Unit,
totalling over €3 Billion in revenues. In this period, Orange became the fastest growing Brand in the Broadband Consumer market and the market share
leader in the Soho and SME B2B market segments. Since 2016 Javier has been involved in the start - up and VC ecosystem, participating as Board Member of leading Tech based Ventures as CEO, such
as PlayGiga, which was exited to Facebook in 2019- the first and only acquisition of the Silicon Valley giant in Spain. This transaction received the
Best Deal Award by ASCRII in 2020.
Javier is passionate about the use of technology to make a better world and has recently collaborated in
writing "The Digital CEO"- a book sponsored by the ICEX - and is a quoted professional by The Economist.
Javier Polo holds a BsC Cum Laude in Aerospace Engineering (1989) and was awarded a scholarship to the academic merit for postgraduate studies at the
von Karman Institute for Fluid Dynamics Research. Javier also holds an MBA from IE (1992) a PDG by IESE (1999) and is a candidate for the Digital
Transformation Certificate by Stanford University School of Engineering

Manuel is a senior executive with hughe experience in the automotive industry.
His professional beginnings were in the public administration to later jump to the
private industry in the BMW Group where he has developed most of his
professional life carree.
Spain and México where the countries were he reached a wide experience in Business Management, Sales, CRM, Training and Network Development.
His carreer in BMW goes from Business Consultant to Regional Director in
Spain, National Sales Director of BMW de México, CEO of BMW Madrid, and
Sales Channel Development Director in BMW Ibérica.
In 2015, the newspaper El Economista ranked him as one of the 50 most
influential executives in Spain and one of the three in the automotive industry.
He holds an Economics degree from Universidad Autónoma de Madrid and
several postgraduate.

Carlos Alemany earned an MSc in Naval Engineering by the Polytechnic University of Madrid (UPM). Mr. Alemany earned a Master Degree in Sales & Marketing from Instituto de Empresa (IE) and in Internet Business from ISDI.
He founded and leads Alemany&Partners, more than 10 years ago, after serving as a Senior Partner in two global Executive Search firms.
Prior to founding Alemany&Partners, he was affiliated with Korn/Ferry International. In addition to maintaining a successful search practice he held several leadership roles. Among these, are Managing Partner of Korn/Ferry International Spain and Portugal for 11 years and his membership at the firm’s European Management Committee. He represented Korn/Ferry International at the European Council of AESC (Association of Executive Search Consultants)
Alemany’s corporate experience spans mainly the Industrial and Consumer industries.
He has successfully completed assignments for all the C-suite positions, Board of Directors, General Management and Senior Executive positions for IBEX-35 companies and other global organizations, private equity portfolio, and family owned companies.
Earlier, he served in Trading, Engineering, Industrial Robotics, Investment Banking and HR Consulting activities for companies such as: Ray&Berdntson, Citibank N.A. and Hay Group.
He was an active member of the Spanish Chapter of International Transparency.
Mr. Alemany sat at the Official College of Naval Engineers Operating Committee. He was President of the Economic Affairs Commission with the same organization and served as Council representative at the Spanish Engineers Institute.
